Interação terapêutica enfermeiro-paciente deprimido Nursing therapeutic relationship with a depressed patient

Abstract

Este é o relato de uma interação terapêutica desenvolvida com um paciente deprimido. Aplicando os princípios da técnica não diretiva, centrada no paciente, o enfermeiro tentou compreender o problema apresentado por ele e suas alternativas de solução, estabelecendo uma relação de ajuda com interferência mínima. A análise destaca os problemas apresentados pelo paciente assim como os aspectos positivos e negativos do desempenho do enfermeiro.This is the report about a therapeutic relationship developed with a depressed patient Using the principles of non directive techiniques centralized on the patient, the nurse tried to understand the problem brought up by him and his alternative of solution establishing the help relationship with the least interference. The analysis point out the patient problems such as the positive and negative aspects of the nurse perfomance.
