Practice of hierarchical specialized training of nurses in the physical examination center during the epidemic of COVID-19 (新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间体检中心护理人员分层级专项培训实践)

Abstract

This paper summarized the practice of hierarchical specialized training of nurses in the physical examination center during the epidemic of COVID-19. In this training program, contents of training were designed focusing on the working purpose, mental status and knowledge level of nurses with different levels. Aims of the training was to improve nurses’ ability of COVID-19 prevention and control and improve their emergency capacity. (本文主要介绍了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间体检中心护理人员分层级专项培训经验。该培训方法针对不同层级护理人员工作目的、心理特点和知识结构制定有针对性的、分步骤的培训内容, 进而提高护理人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控水平, 提升科室对突发事件的应急能力。)
