Abstract Brucellosis typically presents with nonspecific symptoms of intermittent fever, night sweats, malaise, and arthralgia but can involve any organs as focal brucellosis. Intraabdominal involvement is rare. We report a case of acute cholecystitis associated with brucellosis with no history of exposure to risk factors in a non‐endemic area.
