This paper presents an overview of communication possibilities and proposes appropriate application tools. Modern communication technologies have different tools for achieving these goals. Mobile communication and the widespread Internet access provide the necessary tools, while constant changes in the filed open new possibilities. It is essential to comprehend the possibilities of different means of communication in order to determine their proper utilization for different purposes.
