Methodology of venous thrombosis ultrasound research

Abstract

The article presents the four years' experience of ultrasonic researches of venous blood-groove, made 12394 ambulatory and stationary patients with acute venous pathology in Central clinical hospital of the Russian Academy of Sciences. On big clinical material stated the methodology of primary and dynamic ultrasonic researches at patients with conservative treatment of venous thrombosis and with various methods of surgical prevention of a pulmonary embolism. The special attention is paid to interpretation of results of ultrasonic researches in respect of pulmonary embolism probability. Results of application of the offered methodology of ultrasonic research in practice of a hospital and diagnostic center are analyzed.
