Abstract
În articolul de faţă este realizată o analiză calitativă, legată de motivaţia studenţilor în procesul de formare/dezvoltare profesională în învăţământul superior. Datele prezentate în articol sunt rezultatele unui studiu prin aplicarea metodelor sociologice de cercetare a studenţilor de la diferite specialităţi ale Facultăţii de Matematică şi Informatică din cadrul Universităţii de Stat din Moldova.MOTIVATION-ESSENTIAL ELEMENT IN TRAINING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIESThe present article aims to achieve a qualitative analysis related to student motivation in the training and professional development in higher education.
