Coronary artery disease (CAD) is an important cause of death among chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in CKD patients are more complicated because of technical difficulties caused by extensive calcific lesions and the risk of Contrast induced nephropathy (CIN). Intra-vascular ultrasound (IVUS) guided zero-contrast PCI is an important technique to avoid CIN and it has been successful in various case reports and case series. Here we report a patient with CKD for whom we successfully did IVUS guided rota assisted left main zero-contrast PCI.
