CAPACIDADES DINÁMICAS EN LAS EMPRESAS: UN REQUERIMIENTO INDISPENSABLE PARA LA ADAPTACIÓN AL CAMBIO

Abstract

A review about the application of the dynamic capacities such as generating competitive advantage in different areas within an Enterprise was made. On the other hand, it was found that these capacities are being applied in intensive sectors of technology, which have decided to work in business network in order to raise the results efficiency. On the first place, the theory of resources and capacities is involved, then dynamic capacities concepts defined by some authors and finally some conclusions are presented, among which we find that the reconfiguration and the articulation of areas within a company prone toward a strategic renovation generates a medium term dynamic capacity.
