THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN SOME EUROPEAN OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

Abstract

This paper aims to define the vision of the European Charta of Rural Area regarding the protection and conservation of the environment. If the human-nature relationship has been traditionally interpreted as tension or even a struggle, for some time it must be judged as a collaboration, more precisely a protection of nature by the humankind.
