F ormerly Chief Privacy Officer, U.S. Census Bureau. Served as Chief of the Census Bureau’s Policy Office from 1998–2005 where he led the establishment of the Census Bureau’s Data Stewardship Program. He has worked on privacy, confidentiality, and data access issues and supported statistical uses of administrative records for over 25 years.
