FORMAÇÃO PERMANENTE DE PROFESSORES DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA: notas de investigação sobre o conhecimento crítico-criativo.
Abstract
This article presents the theme of the permanent formation of physical education teachers deal with contents of this formation, the critical and creative knowledge. It argues the organization of the teachers and the paper of formation in professional practice and of knowing systemize them, suggesting new ways for the professional and academic area. The teacher, as a person that studies, research and interview at reality is an social agent transformations since the initial formation, until formation in large experiences. The formation process is understand in landmarks of flexibility, tolerate, autonomy and collective responsibility, that are complex questions and, at the same time coherent with new determinations of the new productive world that presents also new determinations for the teaching activity. This is not only to be a question of institutes and universities but also a necessity of the proper teachers. Key-words: formation; knowledge; physical education; professional practice
