Minimally invasive surgical operations in the treatment of patients with necrotizing pancreatitis.
Abstract
The results of surgical treatment of 133 patients with necrotic pancreatitis, who underwent 163 operations, were analyzed. 66 (49.6%) patients underwent laparotomy access, minimally invasive procedures – 67 (50.4%). It was shown that the best results were in patients who underwent minimally invasive interventions in comparison with traditional "open" treatment. There were no lethal outcomes in the postoperative period. There were 2 (11.1%) postoperative complications in the form of incomplete pancreatic fistulas, which were closed under the influence of conservative treatment.
