Conceptual Foundation of Expansion of NATO's Nonmilitary Activities

Abstract

The article is devoted to the examination of the conceptual foundation of expansion of NATO's nonmilitary activities after the termination of the Cold War. Three NATO's Strategic Concepts of 1991, 1999 and 2010 are under comparative analysis.
