A model of knowledge conveying from a teacher to a student, as a main operational business process in university is put forward in the article. Also, a production model of a university, considering an informational component is presented. The Kobb-Duglas function is used as a base for the production model construction, which is widely used in a system analysis. On it’s base the modified function is developed, which considers the information and its dynamic in time. The production model takes into account the next parameters: staffing, plant stock, «staple», information and theirs average rates . This modification also allows us to take into account the influence of the staff and information quality on the production producing. Besides, the developed function also allows to put on different constraints according to specified average rates of the stuff quality, productivity of the plant stock, “staple” quality and information value. These constraints within the developed function allow us to describe the real-world management systems of university.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.12731/2218-7405-2013-9-32
