Diagnostic et propositions d'actions relatifs à l'érosion des berges du Léman sur la commune de Thonon-les-Bains (Haute-Savoie, France)
Abstract
Most of the Leman banks of the city of Thonon-les-Bains (55 %) are eroded by the lake water and retreat up to 1 meter a year. This erosion is partially caused by the human activities in the Dranse river watershed (hydroelectric development), as well as in the river outlet into the lake (extraction of sediments). Consequently, for the protection of the coast but also of the city's built heritage, the action proposals are based in part on a repositioning on the extraction of natural inputs of materials, on the other hand on light arrangement and plant engineering.
