To the question of improvement of the legislation of a preventive measure in the form of prohibition of certain actions

Abstract

In article the new measure of restraint in the form of the ban of certain actions entered into the Russian legislation quite recently is considered. Today the given measure of restraint covers not all legal relationship. So, did not consider the moments which would facilitate criminal prosecution on criminal case during conducting preliminary investigation. On the basis of the analysis of law-enforcement practice, the author gives offers on extension of the list of the bans of certain actions.
