A Framework For Introducing Urban Agriculture To The Egyptian Urban Communities مفهوم الزراعة الحضرية کمدخل لعمران مصري مستدام

Abstract

لقد أصبح فکر ومفهوم الزراعة الحضریة من اهم المداخل التی یمکن أن تساهم فی استدامة المدن من حیث القدرة على تفعیل أبعاد العدالة والجمال والأبداع والمدن الخضراء وتعزیز الاتصال الشخصی والمجتمعی وتحقیق أفضل وأقصی تنوع وظیفیی واجتماعی على مستوى عمران المدن. وتکمن فکره الزراعة الحضریة فی القدرة على معالجة ضغوط التحضر والآثار المرتبطة بها مثل زیادة الضغط على النظم الغذائیة العالمیة ونقص الأمن الغذائی. وتعتبر مشکله الأمن الغذائی أحد اهم المشاکل التی تعانی منها معظم دول العالم النامی وکذلک مصر، هذا بالإضافة للنقص الشدید فی المساحات الخضراء بما یؤثر بالسلب أیضا على الصحة العامة للإنسان المصری والقدرة على العمل والإنتاج والحیاة بوجه عام. ویأتی فکر الزراعة الحضریة فی دراسة کیفیة تحویل جمیع الفراغات والمساحات المتاحة داخل کتلة العمران إلى مناطق خضراء بفکر ومفهوم الزراعة الحضریة بحیث تساهم فی تحقیق أهداف الإنتاجیة والأمن الغذائی إلى جانب مساهمتها فی زیادة نصیب الفرد من الرقعة الخضراء داخل الحیز العمرانی للمدن. وبناء علیه فان البحث یهدف إلى دراسة فکر ومفهوم الزراعة الحضریة وکیفیة تفعیلها ضمن محددات وتحدیات العمران المصری الحالی، حیث یقوم البحث من خلال منهج تحلیلی للأدبیات والتجارب رصد اهم أنماط وأنواع الزراعة الحضریة ثم من خلال دراسة تحلیلیة لعدد من التجارب العالمیة برصد وفهم المساهمات المحتملة والتحدیات التی تواجه الأنماط المختلفة للزراعة الحضریة، بناء علیه ومن خلال منهج استنباطی یخلص البحث إلى إطار مقترح لتفعیل فکر ومفهوم الزراعة الحضاریة کمدخل لاستدامة العمرانی المصری The concept of urban agriculture has been regarded lately as one of the most promising approaches for promoting sustainability within the urban context of developing countries. Urban agriculture can carry the answer regarding the ability of introducing justice, beauty, greening, and the best possible social, cultural and functional engagement to our cities. Also, the concept holds great opportunities as an innovative approach for introducing food safety and food production sources for local and developing communities. Egypt as well as most developing countries suffers from the instability of the food production sector, due to agricultural problems. In addition, the country urban regions offer a very low open and green areas per residence, as situation that negatively impact the quality of life of the residence of the Egyptian cities. Urban agriculture can provide the Egyptian urban areas with the required greening and produces more sustainable agriculture and food production systems . The paper aims to innovate an approach that has the ability to promote urban agriculture to the context of the Egyptian urban communities. The paper methodology is composed of three parts. The first part is the literature review studying the types and forms of urban agriculture, the second part is the analytical studies where international case studies were analyzed reporting on the pros and challenges for promoting the various types and finally an inductive study is to compose and present the proposed framework for introducing urban agriculture to the Egyptian
