Bunin’s diaries of 1920–1953: Textual aspect

Abstract

The article develops the rules for publishing the diaries of I.A. Bunin's emigrant years: the list of sources of diary entries is restored, the rules for their selection from notebooks and separate fragments of the archive are discussed, the overall composition of the publication and commenting principles are discussed, the place of diary entries among memoirs and artistic sketches is determine.
