Abstract

Abstract Prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 20p seems to be difficult, considering the capacity of ultrasound to detect mild dysmorphic. NIPT has good performance in detecting fetal trisomy 20p combined with low coverage WGS and karyotype analysis.
