Rehabilitation nursing of a patient with massive pericardial effusion caused by hypothyroid cardiopathy (1例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病致大量心包积液患者的康复护理)

Abstract

This paper summarized the rehabilitation nursing management for a patient with massive pericardial effusion caused by hypothyroid cardiopathy. Key issues of nursing included: hypothyroidism diet and medication to correct hypothyroidism; prevention of infection and cardiac tamponade; perioperative care for pericardiocentesis; psychological care and health education; extended care and regular follow-up after discharge from the hospital. (本文总结1例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病致大量心包积液患者的康复护理经验。护理要点包括: 应用甲减饮食及药物治疗以纠正甲减状态; 采取措施避免感染, 预防心脏压塞的发生; 实施心包穿刺围术期护理; 开展心理护理及健康宣教; 出院后的延续性护理和定期随访。)
