Abstract
The project is presented at a Seeds plant in the region of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, with the purpose of giving proposals for improvements, through different studies, in order to find optimal solutions for workers with better performance time to carry out the corresponding activities. In the company it is necessary to have a work area in which the operator is comfortable, also to protect the health, and to increase the productivity of the same one. For this reason the study was conducted to know the problems that are generated by an inadequate workstation, in order to obtain a better quality and to have the adequate information on how to do the work without risk. In the development of this study, different techniques of ergonomic evaluation were applied, such as Yoshitake, 4 luke points and Corlet & Bishop Mapping for the analysis of fatigue and possible CTD (Cumulative Trauma Disorders). Once analyzed, proceeded to take anthropometric measures for the redesign of the workstation, focusing mainly on the seat of workers.
