Synthesis and characteristic of photoactive arylazide semax and pro-gly-pro peptide derivatives.

Abstract

The photoaffine arylazide derivatives of peptides semax and Pro-Gly-Pro have been synthesized. It was shown that these compounds have cytoptotective action in culture of PC12 cells under conditions of oxidative stress.
