The technologies of the information and the communication in the present society not only play an essential role in daily life, but also in Education due to the fact that they’re thought to be tools that improve skills development by making comprehension easier, thanks to their interactivity, accessibility and flexibility. According to recent studies in different universities, the usage of different technological resources along with constructivist psycho-pedagogical theories promotes motivation and emotion in students, which are considered to be overriding for learning acquisition. Consequently, this article will emphasize the importance of these technologies during foreign language teaching, since they’re conceived as transformative tools for education that reinforce linguistic competences. This will be approached through research, statistics analysis, theories and different concepts with the aim of creating awareness about the need to foster electronic resources in the classroom. Nowadays, technology is a dominant factor that allows people to interact with other users, access information and share it no matter where they are.
