Der Schatz aus Bezuchov als eine bedeutende Quelle für die Geldgeschichte Mährens im 13. Jahrhundert
Abstract
The coinage treasure was found in Bezuchov in 1855. It contained altogether 952 coins from the period of the reign of Ottokar II of Bohemia (1253–1278). These were mainly small Moravian bracteates and pfennig-type denarii dated to the period of the end of the 60s and 70s of the 13th century, while few foreign coins were mixed into it. In the same year, the treasure was purchased for Francis Museum (today Moravian Museum), where it has been stored in a modified composition until the present day.
