Blood, enzymes and phospholipids are one of the objective criteria for diagnostics of abortion threat that allow to carry out an adequate monitoring of therapy effectiveness. c-AMP and. c-GMP in blood plasma of women with, threatening premature birth, and. phospholipid, composition, in serum, and. erythrocyte membranes of the mother's blood were studied, to clarify their role in the pathogenesis of abortion as well as their possible use in diagnostics of this pathology and. evaluation, of its treatment effectiveness. Our results showed, that c-AMP, c-GMP and. phospholipids played, an important role in the pathogenesis of premature birth, threat. Determination of studied, parameters in blood plasma of women with, this pathology can be classified, as informative methods of evaluation, of pregnancy course.
