Analyze factors influence the entrepreneurial intention of students in International University
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of students at International University. The research is based on Bandura’s theory of social cognition (1986), combined with Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior (1991, 2002) and the scales of contemporary studies on entrepreneurial intention. Quantitative research uses SPSS to process data, including linear regression and necessary tests to evaluate the reliability of data. Research results show that there are four factors affecting students’ entrepreneurial intention, including (1) Entrepreneurial Education, (2) Perception of entrepreneurial capacity, (3) Perceived University support, and (4) Attitude toward entrepreneurship. In particular, entrepreneurial education has the greatest influence on students’ self-employment decisions.
