With the increase of coal mining intensity in mines, the tendency of coal to spontaneous combustion increases gradually. Due to the existing coal mine spontaneous combustion fire beam tube chromatography monitoring system has the problems of easy distortion of gas detection, long analysis period and easy pollution of gas sample, it cannot provide an effective scientific basis for the prevention and control of coal mine spontaneous combustion fire. In this paper, based on the traditional beam tube chromatography system, we combine micro gas chromatography detection with data network transmission and other high technologies to develop an intrinsically safe underground micro chromatography and beam tube positive pressure gas delivery pump station, forming a coal mine spontaneous combustion fire monitoring system based on micro chromatography and positive pressure gas delivery technology. The system is capable of analyzing 10 gas components simultaneously within 2 to 3 min with relative standard deviation ≤1.54%, relative accuracy up to 1.0% and lower detection limit up to 1×10-6. It improves the reliability and stability of the coal mine spontaneous combustion fire monitoring system, realizes real-time and accurate prediction of spontaneous combustion fires, and guarantees the safe production of coal mines.
