A 25 year-old female with a history of topiramate use presented with blurry vision and frontal headache. Acute angle closure was diagnosed and topical hypotensive medication were started without the use of cycloplegics. Anterior segment optical coherence tomography images were taken with analysis of iridocorneal angle at days 1, 3 and 10 documenting every step of angle aperture.
