A procedural approach has been made in the rational synthesis of the Ga₂O₃/TiO2 nanocomposite via., superficial hydrothermal method with extensive solar catalysis, insignificant electron-hole recombination and significant application potential. The synthesized Ga₂O₃/TiO2 is mediator for photocatalytic degradation of Methyl Red (MR) dye, which is a one step process where non-toxic molecular intermediates are accomplished, alongside Zinc (Zn), Chromium (Cr), Lead (Pb), Iron (Fe), and Copper (Cu), heavy metal are removed under the influence of sunlight. Excellent anti-bacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and biocompatibility studies with Human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) was achieved. The research is on the effort of designing an efficient photocatalyst with admirable bio-compatibility for a securer environment.
