CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS OF SYSTEM TRANSFORMATION OF MANAGEMENT LABOR OF ENTERPRISES OF THE HOUSING MAINTENANCE IN RUSSIA ECONOMY

Abstract

In article it is proved influence on individual characteristics of the worker of the systematized changes in the content of labor of branch of ZhEH caused by modernization of technical and technological basis, the competitive environment, changes of requirements to quality of services is proved. Are submitted conceptual provisions of system transformation of management of labor at the ZhEH enterprises and its strategic directions are allocated. Is proved of expediency and theoretical provisions of application of the flexible group organization of work in the enterprises of ZhEH. Are developed Schemes of formation and interaction of groups and teams for workers and administrative workers under planned, situational and extreme conditions at the enterprises ZhEH.
