Tuberculosis is the most common etiology for constrictive pericarditis in developing part of world, but a certain diagnosis may remain obscure. Reversal of constrictive physiology is possible if antitubercular therapy (ATT) and steroids are administered in early stage of disease and only few case reports are available indicating the role of ATT alone in reversing constriction.
