Grounded impact of different teaching methods to the level of student achievement and educational process as a whole, as well as the need to restructure the educational process and creating favorable conditions for the development of the creative potential of the student as the main subject of creativity in the preparation of highly qualified specialists.Transformation processes in higher education in Ukraine lead to changes in the forms and methods of learning and methods of teaching in general. Along with the classical approaches of teaching, especially the economic cycle, and used innovative approaches that require creativity not only from teachers, but also by students.Since conditions of the market economy require training of highly qualified specialists, who will be responsible for the results of their professional activities and be competitive in the labor market, it is necessary to enhance the learning process. Thus, the important role-played pedagogical skill of the teacher as actions to advance the implementation of planned goals through appropriate educational process organization. The methodological base any discipline is a set of methods that are implemented through the techniques and methods of joint activity of teacher and student. In recent years, more attention is paid to interactive teaching methods. It is believed that a student learns best and remembers just in the normal course of business. Interactive methods compared with traditional methods of studying academic disciplines have several advantages. The result of the application of various teaching methods is the level of success of the educational process. In our opinion, the main factors that contribute to this are: motivation, activation and creativity (creativity). Therefore, there is a need to restructure the educational process. One of the main ways of restructuring should shift from object to subject-subject-pedagogical paradigm which main principles are collaboration, co-creation of teacher and students, to ensure fulfillment of teachers and students as partners in the creative process. As a result of the above-described can be modeled portrait specialist economic nature - a person with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, economic thinking, reasonable initiative, creativity (creativity), organizational ability, active life position and capacity for self-education and self-development perception and use of Innovation.
