Thinking of communication beyond its technological materiality, therefore as a human connection process, is crucial to understand how individuals relate and are culturally transformed, in different social realities. Reflecting on recent events, in many cases, reverberating from communicational practices, becomes fundamental for the development of human relations and the very notion of society, therefore, of collective existence. This article presents three exploratory studies of a qualitative nature in order to demonstrate hypotheses about symptomatic contemporary phenomena in the crossings between trust, truth, memory, identity, popular culture and possibilities of emancipatory projects based on the use of knowledge as a visibility tool for diversity in our country.
