For an organization to be able to successfully maintain its operating processes and ensure the welfare of its workers, it is necessary to maintain an integrated system against occupational risks. This research aims to learn about scientific studies on occupational risks and safety standards used in healthcare SMEs, from the analysis of research articles. The publications used were 40 sources extracted from EBSCO (50%), ProQuest (42.5%) and ScienceDirect (7.5%),which are related to the variables: management of safety standards and occupational risks. The methodology used was PRISMA. The review concludes with the importance of a system under the management of safety standards in healthcare services, which helps to meet the objectives of the organization and the legal requirements related to safety.
