Artificial intelligence in business improvement
Abstract
The artificial intelligence environment (AI/Artificial Intelligence) changes how humans participate in business processes. Research predicts that in the second half of the 2020s, AI will be a critical factor, and legal regulations will be needed to control its autonomy. Observations indicate that AI can support innova-tion, but also carries risks related to job losses and difficulties in identifying responsibility. The Industry 4.0 technological revolution accelerates the development of AI, changing the structure of business pro-cesses. This work analyzes the usefulness of AI in improving business processes, paying attention to the benefits and threats associated with its implementation in modern organizations.
