Mussolini, Franco y los judíos: una relación controvertida
Abstract
A lot of research has been done on the situation of the Jews in Hitler’s Germany, however, there is a clear deficiency of scientific studies on the Jews communities under the dictatorships of Mussolini and Franco, especially in the latter case. This article contributes to the knowledge of the controversial relationship that these dictatorships of southern Europe had with their Jewish communities, and it goes into detail in the common grounds and points of divergence between the two dictatorial powers and their relationship with Jewish, in comparative perspective and with a historiographical insight, analyzing the similarities in the actions taken against the Jews.
