Social problems of labour activity in plastic surgery
Abstract
The article deals with the social problems of the plastic surgery employers. The issues of availability of useful information in workplace, wages, the prestige of the profession, professional prospects, social and psychological well-being in the medical teams, the need for additional income, the possibility to update the personnel, intra-migration, human resource mobility, care from colleagues and management, “aging workforce”, the outflow of specialty workers with higher and secondary medical education, the irrelevance of professional opinion to colleagues are discussed.
