Changes in IT Project Management Awareness According to Business Process Management Experts’ Opinion: Comparative Study 2017-2023

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to compare experts’ opinions over two time periods to examine the differences in IT project management awareness and perception. The study was based on opinions expressed in a survey conducted in 2017 and 2023 during symposium meetings related to business process management.
