This article examines the diversity and variability of the space and space organization in Peter Ackroyd’s novel The House of Doctor Dee (the space of dream, imagination, vision,) as well as space of house interiorized and exteriorized space of house, mapspace, and space allusions, which play a defi ning role in the space poetics of the work. It is established that variability of the space poetic forms became the foundation of the special oneiric space. The interaction of space with intertextuality, dream, thеatrе game is established, which contributes to the creation of a new principle of spatial organization of the work – the creation of a special oneiric space.
