Abstract

The aim of this article is to give an overview of the thought of the Lutheran jurist Rudolph Sohm, by highlighting the changes of course in the itinerary of his scientific reflection, which has been developed during many years, between the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century.
