Risks as a key object of administrative activities of agricultural enterprises

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the economic category "risk" as the key object of management activities of agrarian enterprises. The conceptual of the terminology of the chosen topic is thoroughly analyzed. The author's definition of the concept of risk from the point of view of managing it is given. The factors that determine the risk in the economic activity of agrarian enterprises are analyzed and summarized. The article presents the generalized classification of risks faced by agrarian enterprises in the process of their economic activity. The features and components of the risk management process in the context of enterprise management are determined by the author. Strategies for influencing the risk taking into account sectoral specifics of the agrarian sector are recommended according to the research results.
