RELATIVIZATION OF JURISDICTIONAL IMMUNITY OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS COMPARED TO VIOLATION OF THE FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT OF ACCESS TO JUSTICE

Abstract

This article examines the question of jurisdiction immunities of international organizations and their importance for a system of protection of such institutions, emphasizing the conflict with the principle of access to justice and the possibility, as a result of this violation, of the relativization of the immunity of these international organizations.
