Accelerated propagation of Acer platanoides L. 'Crimson king' by stem cuttings

Abstract

The article represents the results of implementation of accelerated vegetative method of Norway maple 'Crіmson Kіng' propagation. The method was elabo rated on the base of detailed study of growth and development of donor plants and ontogeny of their shoots in Southeast of Ukraine. Technology includes the following modes: carrying out of shoot cutting during their transition period to semiwoody state, induction of cuttings' rootformation, completion of rooted plants growth.
