Le rejet des mythes canoniques bouddhiques dans L’ombre blanche de Saneh Sangsuk : vers un non-bouddhisme
Abstract
Over the last decade, a group of marginal writers has called into question traditional Thai values. Saneh Sangsuk, author of a novel entitled The White Shadow (Ngao Si Khao), is probably the most radical author of this group, having come to dismiss all of the canonical Buddhist “myths” upon which modern Thailand was built. This standpoint leads him to reject all forms of religiosity and sacred feeling.
