Toponymic Cultural Keynotes in Spanish Gastronomic Thesaurus
Abstract
The article characterizes toponym as one of the most significant cultural keynotes that reflect linguistic, historical and cultural values of the nation. The analysis is based on toponyms in the nomination of Spanish dishes.
