The influence of leadership behaviors on employee creativity has been extensively examined and evaluated over time. This study further extends the understanding of this topic by investigating the effects of the influence tactics, including Inspirational appeals and Ingratiation, on employee creativity through the mediating role of tacit knowledge sharing. The study sample consists of 180 employees working in businesses, government agencies, and a university. The author employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test hypotheses. The main research findings demonstrate that both tactics of inspirational appeals and ingratiation have significant and statistically positive impacts on employee creativity through the mediation of tacit knowledge sharing. This underscores the crucial role of enhancing motivation and establishing good relationships in fostering employee creativity.
