EL ARBITRAJE DE CONSUMO DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA COMPARADA: DERECHOS ESPAÑOL, PORTUGUÉSY ARGENTINO

Abstract

n this paper we will discuss one of the extrajudicial systems of conflict resolution, consumer arbitration, which has been used to solve complex controversies, as has been the case of preference shares in Spain that affected a large number of people . This system is also widely used in Portugal, where it is mandatory in the case of essential public services. In Argentina, following the Spanish model, regulations were issued to regulate its operation and was established only at the national level,in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. For all this, it is intended to comment as it is regulated in each country, to mention some particular procedural issues of this special arbitration, to show some differences, to conclude with some conclusions.
