Analysis of computer-aided diagnostics in the preoperative diagnosis of ovarian cancer: a systematic review

Abstract

Key points Computer-aided diagnostics has potential to predict the nature of ovarian tumors. Literature shows heterogeneous sensitivity and specificity of machine learning on ultrasound images, CT-scan images and MRI-scan images. More prospective studies on other computer-aided techniques and imaging modalities should be performed with an external validation set.
