Assitência de enfermagem a pacientes com desordem bipolar e sentimentos da estudante de enfermagem: estudo de caso Nursing care to patient with bipolar disorder and the student nursing feelings: study of case

Abstract

Este trabalho é relato de uma experiência, enquanto aluna de graduação, durante a Disciplina de Enfermagem Psiquiátrica, onde acompanhei uma paciente portadora de Psicose Maníaco Depressiva (PMD) de ciclagem rápida. A interação enfermeira-paciente é muito importante pois é através de um bom relacionamento que firmamos um vínculo de confiança, capaz de ajudar o paciente nas duas fases distintas, com planos de cuidados individualizados. Comento os comportamentos depressivos e maníacos da paciente e as técnicas terapêuticas utilizadas em cada fase. Meus sentimentos durante a interação foram analisados frente aos comportamentos apresentados pela paciente.This paper is report of an experience, while graduation student during the Psychiatric Nursing Discipline, where I accompanied a patient carrier of Bipolar Disorder of fasting changing. The nurse-patient interaction is very important because it is through a good relationship that we a trust entail, capable to help the patient in the two different phases, with plans of individualized cares. I comment the depressives and maniacs behaviors of the patient in this study and the therapeutic techniques used in each phase. My feelings during the interaction were analyzed front to the behaviors presented by the patient.
