Pulmonary artery transection for resection of a middle mediastinal paraganglioma

Abstract

Abstract We report the case of a 65‐year‐old male patient who presented with chest pain and was found to have a mediastinal paraganglioma between the left atrium and main pulmonary artery. This is the first reported case of a mediastinal paraganglioma resection utilization transection of the main pulmonary artery.
